Hi Guys .
New to the forum . Have owned a lot of VW's (lots of air cooled - don't hold that against me ) , and a 2005 Gti V , that I owned from new for about 3 years. Loved it .
Some ten years on I am about to build a tarmac rally car for Targa Tasmania and Targa High Country , so its time to drive GTi again. About to buy a 2007 GTi V 3 door, and then the build will commence . Nothing too radical more about reliability and handling.
Look out for a few build treads as the process starts.
