New ower of Golf TSI Wagon 2010 problems with DSG

I purchased a second hand Golf TSI comfortline 2010 Wagon only a few months ago and I am experiencing problems with the gears mainly when in 2nd gear. It has only done 30,000kms. I was doing a search on the web and I found this site and someone else posted the same problem. So hopefully I can get more information on this issue.

Does it judder when pulling away in 2nd gear low speed? If yes then the clutchs need replacing.

Did you buy privately or through a dealer? You may have some recourse if bought through a car yard. I know in SA used cars come with a 3 month/5,000km warranty. I would get onto it ASAP.
