Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Melbourne AU Noob-hope I'm doing this right

    Hi, first post via Tapatalk, so I hope it works. Dwell in Melbourne Australia, just bought a 1985 t3 van to put on the road. Most of the info I find is for earlier or later models, I'm hoping this forum is a good way to meet other owners of similar vans. Here's a photo. Apparently I'm of the 'rat' vein of the aesthetic (??)
