Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

    Hi,
I have been a Euro die hard for ten years but now wouldn't consider leaving the VAG brands.I have owned my Audi for 6 mnths and have been steadily giving her every bit of modding attention possible.
As she is FWD I have worked on traction issues IE Full Front end SUPERPRO Bush upgrade.Lowered 40mm on Megan racing springs.Front and rear whiteline sway bars.
I need traction as I have also done the full3"s/s TB exhaust with quad outlet,Revo Racing CIA,DV+,and Gone stg 2 Bluefin tune
AEM water meth by the end of month with semi slicks with front drilled/slotted brake upgrade as well.

I wan't to do some track days soon as I Know that she is Very,Very quick already.

hey mate, dropping this here as your inbox is full.

one option for ignition power source inside the cabin is from the OBDII connector. i'm not sure that this is the safest option and someone else might be able to advise of another power feed that is more suitable.

sorry i can't tell you which one as it had already been tapped in to when i bought the car. next time i have the panel off i'll take a look and get the wire colour and pin number for you.
