Hi all,
Picked up my first late model VW, an '05 GTI from the hail auctions in Brisbane, just before Christmas. It's well optioned if a bit ripply... Current plans are mostly just to sort any issues like the drivers door electrical gremlins, fix the dints, and maybe head to Lakeside for a track day or two.
This is the latest in a long list of cars, so new to watercooled dubs, but been around cars all my life. We also have a scruffy '66 beetle that's far too low and rather overpowered sitting in the carport.
At least one of the resident tech experts around here knows me from the S12 forums a few years ago...
