QLD Rookie problem, cannot change DRL!

I have a MY14 Jetta. I have got LED lights for that and I have changed the driver's side DRL easily. The problem is the passenger side. I have tried both hands and also got trim and mould tool kit but have no luck what so ever. I went to VW dealer and they told me they won't remove the DRL unless it needs replacement.

I don't really know what to do now.

With regards to manuals and online DIY guides, yes I did check them in fact that's how I managed to replace the other DRL on the driver's side.
