Yes he needs to find out from his finance company if they can do it. The other way is for him to get a brand new loan for his new car (i.e. yours) and use that to pay out the old loan.

I sow the prices.... Where r u located? Im in adelaide,do i have to send ecu to you or ? Car has fmic,not sure of downpipe have to check.... Exhaust is stock... What pover gain i get if i do downpipe..... Thanks
