Thanks mate , no real plans yet , thinking about LED rear lights first , then probably exhaust ? Open to suggestions tho . It's one of the last mk6 GTIs , so it's got leather and rns 510 etc . First Gti I have had , I had a 2.0 TDI Golf back home . Wife has a Tiguan , sons got a modded Caddy van .

I have a first generation Caddy 1.9 TDI van for work.

His van is a 2012 facelift caddy van 1.6 TDI . He's lowered it and added 18 inch Audi S3 alloys .

I'm running 18" Q5 rims but unfortunately i can't lower mine due to towing a trailer for work and the caddy's having such a low tow bar.

From what others have said:

1: ECU flash + DSG flash (if you have it)
2: Dump pipe or full exhaust
3: intake, VWR or Tarmac volant seems to be the ones that everyone talks about but there are plenty out there

Hey guys thanks for all the replies! Pity I can't make Friday cos I'm in Sydney , but I'd love to go on a road run sometime soon.
Those mods sound pretty cool , I should look into getting some done . It is a DSG so think I should start there . A bit of induction noise is always good too !
Thanks for the comments on the van , it's had its van mirrors replaced with Golf ones now and the side rubber body mouldings painted body colour so looking even better now . It's my sons money pit , but hey that's what's money's for isn't it lol ?
