Just turned myself as a VW first-timer with a 2006 Jetta. Did not realize it's a turbo version until the deal was done. There was no badge on the boot and I did not notice the "TURBO" on the engine block. Am a bit worry about the negative things being said about DSG, car chewing up oil and all the spare parts being more expensive. Having said that, I had some bad luck with my old Beemer, so it may not be VW's build if things were to head south

Among all the different cars I have owned, I have to say the Jetta door has the most solid feel and thudding sound...
