Hi everyone I am the proud owner of a 09 mark V gti
So just a little bit about how I got my Golf
I had been looking for a hatch and couldn't make up my mind, I had been told about the gti
I was looking to go Japanese, I was driving a Honda at the time but had two VW's prior to Honda.
My 1st car was a 89 Cabriolet(convertible rabbit) and then I had a 2001 jJetta GLX VR6, So I had been looking at the GTI's
and the MarkVI came out in the US in 2010, and Frankly I didn't like it. So When I was at my dealer I saw what looked like a used Mark V GTI (it had hideous discount stickers all over it) It was perfect, coupe and Black, to my shock it was a left over NEW!! Mark V, so we negotiated and I drove home with a one year old new car hahaha. Even though It's had its share of Problems I LOVE IT!!!
So Back to the task at hand I joined this forum because I recently bought a DNS 810 radio from LSQ Star and Had I found you guys before I ordered I wouldn't have done it. I've been having nothing but problems.
