Hello all

Just picked up my GTI 7 yesterday. My first turbo car (was driving a HSV previously) and my first new car. Very exiting so far...Love it...specially the ACC. Looking forward to make some new friends here, go on some cruises/track days.

What's the Brake light mod?
I actually have traffic reports working on my car. Voice control is not active though...I saw a few posts on the forum that this can be fixed by a software update...will have to wait a bit a see

My first mod will be getting tinted windows

Brake light mod/coding/adaption basically makes the brake light up on both the inner and out taillight instead of just the outer. Looks pretty.

Voice control can only be activated via purchase from the dealer to my knowledge, about $300 from memory.

I was thinking about doing the brake light mod and then realised, I've never seen the back of my car with the brake lights on so no need to bother.

Give the guys at carx in Clayton call for your window tinting $220 they did a great job on my GTI

Thanks for that info...will definitely give the carx guys a call in clayton for window tinting since I work in Oakleigh which is not too far.
