Hi,
I am new to this forum and would like some advice on buying 2010 VW Jetta 103tdi DSG. It is 170,000km but has full service history.
I know from engine point of view, VW 2.0l diesel engines are quite good in reliability and economy. I am not very much confident about the 6 speed DSG.
Do you think it is worth buying this car in $10K? Obviously it is out of warranty and bit high on kms. Read so many reviews but still confused as many people are complaining about DSG. And they say it is a crap and very expensive to maintain and cost around $5k to get it fixed.
Also can you please tell me what is the interval of timing belt and gearbox service for this model? What things should I check before buying this car if this car is worth buying?
