Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    New VW owner

    Hi all,

    I’m from Western Sydney and i’ve recently purchased a 2014 VW polo 77 TSI w/ sports pack in a 6 speed manual.

    This will be my first “euro” car as im a pretty hardcore japanese import car guy that being said my other ride is a mitsubishi evolution 9 which i bought new back in 2007 and have extensively modified it.

    The polo is replacing a 1997 Nissan Pulsar VZR JN15 2 door very rare car to see on the road, i hope to learn and read up on all thats to offer on this site.
