Hey All,

I'm currently on the Gold Coast and am about to look at getting a VW for another project/daily car to keep my 1985 Mazda RX7 company which is becoming less and less of a daily drive

This looks like the forum be on with all the info I could possibly ever need.

Thanks guys,
It's been a busy couple of weeks trying to organise this car/prepping my bike for sale and working more hours than usual.
I went and had a look at Josh's mk2 8v GTI on the weekend and I liked it so he will be delivering that in the next couple of days down to the gold coast for me

Luckily there is a lot of local knowledge about Mk2's on here.

Yeah I plan on doing most of the work and whatnot to it myself, this website + vwvortex seems to have all the info i would ever need.
It'll be nice to own a car again where I'm confident enough to modify it and service it with positive results
