Hi there,
A little about myself. I'm from the SE suburbs of Victoria. I'm a dentist by trade, so I am not too knowledgeable about motors, unless you want to talk about pneumatic driven tools. I started appreciating motoring when I was curious about the workings of a motorcycle years ago and since then, that has spilled over to cars. I was referred to this site about 4 months ago, when I was considering buying a car, and since then, I've been hooked on the amount of information (and also the misinformation) that this site has to offer. I'm waiting to pick up my MY14 Polo GTI this coming Thursday. Yes, I know that the Ford Fiesta ST is a better choice in many ways, but this is my convenience car and it will have to be an automatic and secondly, bad experiences with Ford has put me off.
I am without a car and bike at the moment as I just moved to Melbourne, but below is my little list in little fonts if it interests anyone.
It's nice to be here, and I look forward to heated discussions of the merits of oversized spoilers with you all. Just kidding, or at least one should hope so.
