Just got my first Golf

Hi everyone,

I just bought myself a '95 Golf TDi after being let down by my Citroen C5. Man that car was a lot of trouble. I hope the Golf will be more reliable and so far I really like.

I am located in Melbourne and have done some work on cars. So if somebody needs help and I know how to do it, I can try and help.

At the same time there is a lot of stuff that I don't know, especially when it comes to diesel engines. Since I do everything on the car myself I will probably ask a lot of questions and hope to get some advice

Haven't thought about any mods yet, just trying to get it back into shape. A bit more power would be nice though. Atm I take off really slow at the red lights, but that might be normal for the TDi...
