Forum only readable to users

The server is being hammered again by crawlers, we are seeing tens of thousands of "users" online. Rather than give up and take the whole thing offline, I've switched it over so users must be logged in to even read the forum. I've also removed the ads completely once you're logged in since they are now basically worthless and annoying.

It's not ideal, but it keeps things online for now until I work out a better approach.

    I'm Demi. I'm from brissy & I drive a CLK 500 convertible. She is currently stock but I am in the process of playing with her exhaust, can't wait till she grumbles
    Just looking to make new friends and enjoy some cruises with the car & like minded individuals.

      Welcome to the forum! I bet that merc will sound sex with a set of pipes. Keep an eye in the event section for cruises and what not, usually some cool stuff going on
