Since our original 1975 Kombi, our family have been Toyota owners... now it looks like the VW is luring me back.
Talking to a local VW expert has put me on the hunt for a 1.9L manual diesel van, he suggests the T5 2005 / 2006 models.... but fine one with seats in the back? Not that's the hard part.
Researching the forums I'm learning about Flywheels and motor tweaks... nothing seems simple but I guess the fuel efficiency is the main driver of the finer things....
