Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    VIC Hello fellow VW drivers

    I have just recently purchased my very first VW and can't wait till I can pick it up. I bought a used Passat Highline 125 TDI 2011 MY12 but as you all probably know it didn't come with SatNav or rear camera. My very first question is what's the easiest and cheapest way to add the above? I live in Melbourne so any advice or tips would be great!

        Hi,

        I'm looking at getting my 2011 Passat wagon windows tinted. Seeing the antenna is embedded into the R) side smaller window will the tint affect the radio?
