Hey guys so in a few weeks I'll be in the market for a new daily an I'm 99% sure I want a mk3 or 4 golf (funds permitting). So I just joined to gather as much info as I can as I don't really know what I'm looking for. (Or what to avoid)

Try find yourself a mkiv, just bought one for myself with 6 months rego for $1400 it sat in a garage for 6 months so a few perishable things have gone wrong but it's an amazing little car. Welcome to the forums btw
