  • NSW From Subaru to VW (Polo GTI)

    Hi Guys,

I've moved from the Subaru scene and going to get a Polo GTI 9n. Looking at a few now. Hopefully can pick one up soon. I am very keen on getting one now with a APR chip. if anyone here has one with a APR chip, could you please drop a comment if it made much of a difference?

Hopefully I can come to an upcoming event and meet some new faces!!

    Welcome mate.

A tune (and some other basic mods) makes a mssive difference over stock! But you should consider and look into all the tuning companies before purchasing, APR, GIAC, CustomCode, Revo, Viezu, and heaps of otehrs, will all do tunes for your car. Generally each companies will have slightly different charactorisitics

Welcome. Jump in to the 9N subforum and you will see all sorts of discussion about engine, chassis, wheels and tyres.

As 14nce said, there are loads of tuners about and they all make a massive difference from stock in their own way.
