Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Now then mate, is it still green and pleasant in Yorkshire? Not been back since 2006, starting to seem like a long time now for me.

We can do you an intake pipe, I have one in the garage. Need to know what the turbo inlet size is to send you the right elbow.

Welcome to the forum as well.

There's a 90degree reducer that goes on the turbo, we have a 51mm. The main pipe is 3 inch aluminium. We have a 3 inch silicon joiner to fit a 3 inch MAF housing. There's some short lengths of silicon for the DV, PCV and the other one with the one way valve who's purpose I forget.

Also, chuck in some stainless jubilee clips too. The price is $250 but I'll have to work out the shipping. I can do that tomorrow as I am off in the day.

I couldn't find the finished picture, there's one in the classifieds somewhere I think.

        Cheers

        Gavin

        a bit closer

It's looking like 65AUD for pack and track international. If you want some insurance, it's goes up to 92AUD plus what ever the insurance costs.

A quick shufty at the exchange rates says about 185 quid for the cheap option with tracking and another 20quid or so for the insurance option, which is also faster.

Hope one of those options suits you.

              Cheers
