Hi,
I've just purchased a new MY13.5 Polo GTI and have been having gearbox and brake problems.
I've had it lose all power a few times and the brakes fail/stutter too.
Today while at the traffic light I took my foot off the brake to move forward a few feet and the car wouldnt stop and drove straight under a tray ute. It just stutters and keeps going. Is this a common problem?

Maybe best to go to the panel shop first to fix the damage, then VW!

If you bent your VW due to VW's driveline issues, then are they liable for that damage?
