Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NT Gerty Golf

    Hi all,

    Been lurking for a little while, decided to finally take the plunge and say hello.
    Few months back I bought my first new car (Gerty). Been loving every minute of ownership so far, have just recently ticked over 7000km.

    Lets hope I have uploaded these photos right.

    Congrats on your new car mate... must say, I named my first red MKV GTI Gertrude (Gerty for short), then the Pirelli got named Percival... haven't got a name for the R yet...

    Hope you enjoy it!
