Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    WA VW Transporter Camper

    Hi,
    Just joined the forum. I have bought a new VW Transporter TD1400 LWB with manual transmission and 4 motion with Diff Lock. I am now having it converted to a Frontline camper by Ballina camper conversions.
    I am keen to look through the forums to get more familiar with the technology used in these vehicles, so I understand what is happening if suddenly some problem develops when I am a thousand Kms from the nearest dealer.
