Im Andrew from Sydney, just got a new Polo Trendline 2013. Im on the site as I have been having issues with the Bluetooth / touch adapter. The car BT is trying to pair all the time to my mobile, which stops the touch adapter working! Not to mention its really annoying constantly having my phone beeping for the pairing requests.

I hope you guys can help me sort this out asap

Take it to the dealer mate. Bluetooths are common problems, they usually will replace the control unit for you under warranty, easy fix.

Thanks guys. unfortunately as I dont have the control buttons for the MFD I cannot reset the bluetooth module. I tried disconnecting the box under the seat, but this didnt work. The dealer was unaware that there is a bluetooth to bluetooth to phone setup, and hence couldnt help. I will have to take it to the service centre to have it reset / replaced.
