Hi all,
Not new to vw air or water, spotted what looks like my old 82 cab in the classifieds here dated 2010, should never have sold it, wonder if it survived
so I have bought her back for $700, still solid just needs lots of interior work and a respray and roof, and of course some decent wheels, used to have 15x7 when I had her
had one, 69 911t, sold it a year ago, sat around too long, like 12 years too long, used to be a daily when I had the cabby, too many projects, up to 14 again an none of them seem to get finished haha
ok ordered a new roof and a few other bits, scored a set of AC schniters 16x7.5, yeah I know they are a bit big but they were a deal/steal and I can easy offload them if they dont look right, I have seen a black cabby on the net with them and they look horn so we will see, hope to test fit next week when I am home again
thanks guys, I will be away for work that weekend again, one day I might have enuf annual leave to take the weekend off,
will start a thread when I have some pics,
cheers Russ...
