Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • VIC Hello Fellow Dubbers!

    Hi guys,

I am new to the Vee Dub experience.
I have recently acquired a ballistic Viper Green Scirocco!

I thought I would join what already seems to be a tight knit community and share some of mine, and your Experiences with everyone who's Watercooled!

    Cheers, Sam.

Hey Sam, welcome to the Forum!

Congrats on owning one of those FWD Missiles man. If you don't mind me asking, what car did you move on from? (or still have)

      Thanx broseph!

I'm pretty stoked, it is just that, a missile.
I have recently owned an 86 VL Commodore, 98 R34 Skyline, 00 100 Series Landcruiser, 2010 Mini Cooper S John Cooper Works Cabriolet and most recently, a Sirion GTVI.

But as much fun as they have all been, none hold a Candle to my new Green, Lean, Mean, Machine!

Haha nice list of previous cars man. Did you go with a DSG or a Manual? It seems like your previous list contains a few manuals so I figure it's a Manual.
