Hi again. My VW polo 2011 is 18 months old. After 12 months of telling the dealer there was a battery drain and at least 8 visits to the dealership to be fixed or checked as the battery was going flat. other weird things like windscreen wipers and windows operating without the benefit of keys in the ignition and Complaints to Fair Trading and VW Sydney. My polo is now fixed. The problem:- the computers were wrongly coded for the car so every time I turned it off some things were still running. I have been treated as a nutcase by the dealer and VW Sydney. To cap it all when I went to pick up my fixed polo last week they gave me the wrong car - not even the same colour. Ghastly experience!!!!
