VIC new polo gti owner

hi all
found this very informative forum after purchase of 6r gti and having some issues
oil consumption
rattly gear box on not so rough roads
black soot on back of car
and blowing excessive black smoke on light acceleration
last 2 are possible related
still a great little car to drive
