Just bought a GTI Pirelli 5 Door - Silver with 44,000 KM

Will be looking for help with different things from time to time.

Such a great car you've gotten yourself! I also bought a Pirelli only a month or so back.

Plenty of help on here when it comes for your choice of car. Any particular plans at this stage?

Welcome to the forum! It was a ride as a passenger in a Mk 5 Pirelli that cemented my desire to own a GTI. Lovely bit of kit.

Picked it up yesterday. Only has 44,000 kms and looks like new. Bit disappointing as it came from Wollongong to Perth on CEVA transport and the lower skirt on the front bar has a crack / hole in it. Will need to find another one in Silver if I can find one. Drove it today and the smile came straight back. Drives beautiful, plenty of grunt and handles well. I'm normally a Suby guy ((1 x Brumby ute with Turbo transplant / Haltech Comp, 3 WRX's, 1 x Liberty GT, 1 x Tribeca & 2 years a Grease monkey with Suby Rally team (and then 2 years with Toyota Team Rallying)) but always liked the golf. Very happy with my purchase at $25,500!!!
One quick question, can I link my I-phone 4S to use in the car. Looked at it last night but can't seem to find where I start the vehicle Bluetooth to pair with my phone. Any help would be much appreciated to explain the steps as my phone can't find the connection??
Will try and post regularly & a photo once I have some time to play.

Hey mate, have you got the Sat Nav RNS 510 or the RNS 500 with bluetooth? I can get my Samsung to connect via bluetooth for telephone calls but not to stream music. So far for Music I use the MDI cable connected to the phone directly

I assume its the RNS 500 with Bluetooth as its not Sat Nav. When I search for connections on my Iphone it can't find any signal. I was hoping I had to turn something on in the menu's of the Dash or Sound system??
In the manual is talks about a 'Phone provision' but can't find it in the car???
