Hey dudes, pretty new to the site, and new to dubs in general. Just picked up my first, a '93 golf cabrio, pretty recently and it has since started to make a horrendous noise when changing down from 4th to 3rd gear, but its generally fine going up from 2nd to 3rd to 4th. Just wondering if anyone had a diagnosis in mind.. Also if anybody can refer me to a good mechanic in Melbourne (Western Suburbs), that would be rad.
