Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Hi all, Hunter here. Just got my White Golf R32, I've wanted one since I was 16 and now it's mine. I love this car and it's gamazing. It's already got a non res Milltek and some black OZ racing 19's (nice, but not for me)

I have ordered some BBS RS 18 x 8 front 18 x 9.5 rear and some Vogtland Coils.

Heaps of plans for this, I'm going for a white and silver colour way. I'll be updating as I go.

    Took some new photos, enjoy.

Welcome aboard VWWC Hunter. Give me your thoughts on the Vogtland coilovers after you fit them as I have been looking at getting them.

Good to see some 32's still out there

If only those OZ Racing Superturismo's were 18's I'd take them off your hands. Interested to see how you go with the BBS RS setup and running stretched tyres etc etc - Should be interesting if you can pull it off. How are you finding the Non-resonated Milltek exhaust? Is it too obtrusive? Is there any bit of noticeable drone at high speeds?

This car was located not too far from where I live

              Get some more photos up!!

Yeah no one wants 19's haha, Yeah so am I. I'm making all the arrangements today. So that I can fit them hopefully Thursday.
It's great! sounds amazing, has a growl till about 3000revs then it screammmms. No high speeds are fine. The only drone range is 2200-2700revs in 6th gear. But it's really not bad at all.

I'm doing a shoot on Wednesday hopefully, it's been raining around mine heaps recently.
