Connect Ipod to RCD 200

Is there any way to connect my iPod touch to the radio of my car that is: RCD 200 http://www.simson.fi/public/86270043...rge_rcd200.jpg

I've already seen on Ebay or Amazon about a connector but it costs £40 or £50

is there any cheaper solution?

any suggestion will be very appreciative
