Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    Hi guys,

    I am in Jhb, SA and currently own a Mk1, MK4 Estate, and 2008 model Citi Golf (Mk1) shape, they were made here in SA from 1984 to 2010 with a limited edition of 1000 vehicles made to end the range.

    Hope to learn from the guys down under...

            Very well,lived there most of my life as was born and bred there...and bought 2 new Jettas whilst living there.
