Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

  • NSW New Mk6 GTI

    Hi Guys,

Just picked up my MY13 Golf GTI Carbon Steel Grey today.

    I absolutely love it!

Planning to do some modifications in the future, not sure what at this stage but definitely APR stage 1.
I just wanted to say Hi to all the golfer's and I hope to contribute quite a bit to this forum in the future!

APR Stage 1 best bang for your $$... I did 110,000km with a stage 1 tune on my Mk5 and had no drama's.

APR Stage 2 / APR HPFP / APR Turbo back Exhaust / VWR Intake / Ohlins shocks / HP Sway Bars / HP Control Arms

MY13 AMAROK HIGHLINE / Oettinger tuned / ATS Wheels

Yeah definitely mate, I will probably wait at least a year to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
But really want to get the R tails on it and also thinking about the RNS510 (not sure if it is worth the $)

Care to let us know how much that cost you and any options?
