Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

    Hi all,

Just bought a new Polo TSI for the missus to use mainly, hope to get myself a new Tiguan when I work out how to afford it.

Must say that we are both pretty impressed with the Polo so far. We think it is a notch or too above any of the competition.

Anyhow, hope to learn from this forum and to contribute too.

    Welcome along buddy.

Lots of knowledge in these forums so you'll learn a thing or two about the car.

Like how to make it go faster for example!

    Enjoy your new VW

      Thanks BTJ,

Yeah mate, making it go faster is very important to me. When I get my TSI Tiguan it will be visiting my local APR dealer for ECU and Turbo etc upgrades. Just gotta figure out how to afford it and get it past my other half first.
