I was extremely happy with my Passat V6 Highline until the motor blew when 12 months old requiring over 7 weeks off the road and still no confirmation on when I will receive it back. VW wont refund or replace and initially advised there is no loss in value on the vehicle and now wont comment about a potential loss. Interested in an opinion on whether this is likely to lead to a loss for me in future or any other guidance someone may have on what to do. There is a myriad of other issues but a potential loss in value is concerning me the most.
