Apart from octane rating, and effects on the fuel system, you will use more E10 than ULP and so if you are thinking of it on environmental grounds, you use the same amount of petrol. plus you burn 10% ethanol. Also, because E10 burns leaner as the oxygen in the ethanol molecule is released, you get a hotter burn which reduces unburnt HC and CO, you more than tripple NOx.
Because E10 burns leaner than petrol and so you really need to have the engine re-tuned to use it. The problem is that unless you spend your time only driving in the mttropolitan areas of some state capitals, you will not be able to get it elsewhere so you would then have to re-tune the engine for ULP.
Use whatever ULP the manufacturer recommends, but stay clear of E10.
