ACT newbie tiggy owner - seeking suggestions for easy off roading around canberra

Hello

The best thing I did last year was become the owner of a tiguan.

She is a black manual turbo diesel 2012 model.

I would love to hear from other members off roading experience and in particular any suggestions for pretty drives in the ACT NSW region- including off road.

I don't know if there are day road trips tig owners go on in the area but I would be interested if there is.

Have you been for a drive out passed Point Hut Crossing to Tidbinbilla etc? Not necessarily offroad, but a fantastic drive, especially in something that holds the road like a VW does!
