I don't know much about the newer Polo GTI but there are a few well tuned 9N3 GTIs around town and on the forum and if you're interested in any aftermarket tuning for either model I'd definitely recommend chatting to Canberra VW Centre in Belconnen who are a fantastic independent VW garage.
I believe the first local car show this year is Wheels which should be on in March, and there's usually a good VW turnout there.
Looking at a 6R GTi or maybe just the TSi not 100% sure yet. I want the GTi but have to convince my other half. She wants a Polo but shes not sure about a few things but thats ok I think I can change her mind!!
No matter what model i get there will be modifications done to the car!
Its been a while but Ive finally done it and brought myself a brand spanking new Polo GTi in white. Should be here in a week in abit. It came off the boat beginning of last week and will be in Sydney on Friday and then hopefully down here middle of next week.
I cant wait to get my GTi on!
