    Hey all,

    I am a newbieee and
this is my first ever forum community I hope I can help in anyway and also learn from you guys.

    Soo...

I recently got a Polo GTI 6R 2012 Black, I have had the car for 2 months now and soon to do mods to it (my first project car) . I previously was using my mums Vw Jetta FSI 2008. Now owning my own/euro car is such a great feeling I always had
a interest in Volkswagen cars they are so reliable and such a pleasure to drive.
I found this forum/community through a member on MCMF. Straight away I knew I found a great forum where i can learn about my car and also talk to a community about what we all
love (not as much as our wives/girlfriends) .

    talk to you all soon

lol well from research a intake gives you a better sound but does not give you +kw... and the cold air intake on the polo gti are quite good stock. so I'm not sure at this point.
Unless you know something I don't...

Well it depends on what you're looking for. Most people go for an Intake for that sound and the extra airflow. I'm personally upgrading to a Twintake from my APR Carbonio soon and I look forward to the results. The Carbonio just gives a nice smooth spooling sound but little in the way of power.

Well I did some research on the Twintake and I see the sound is different and I understand the extra airflow is better. I think I have to see one in person to decide if I want one on the polo
also I don't think they make one for the polo either.
