I am retired from a life working in communications and electronics. Lived in NZ until about 10years ago when I decided to move to Australia.
Always been a car fan and have owned too many to list.
Had a VW Beetle about 40 years ago and a Golf petrol in the late 1970's.
I have been looking for a reason to set up a Bio Diesel plant as one of my present vehicles is a diesel Ford truck. As I do not cover enough Kms in it to justify the Bio plant I started looking for a small diesel car.
What better than a Golf? After much searching I found one for sale in Sydney (I am in Brisbane) which I will be picking up next week. Very much looking forward to that and a hopefully pleasant drive back home.
That sums me up and I hope to find information and maybe some help on here. Thanks for letting me join.
