QLD New Mk1 Owner!

Hey guys, Baxter here, So i have recently Bought a mk1 from a coworker, 3 weeks ago now. This is what ive done so far...

How i bought it...
Rust everywhere.





within 3 days of having it home....Not my ideal trim but will do.





Within 2 weeks had most of the rust cut, and painted(gloss mars red) it is finished now, just need to buff it and will have some pics up






Have heaps more pics but its late....

It's on the road and driving! I bought it registered. Just not to keen to get it about until I clean up the paint, I had no painting, welding or panel beating experience. Not to happy with how it came out but it's not buffed yet.
