Is there any major differences between the 2012 badged and the 2013?

Nope, uncle just purchased an MY13 Model and Dealer claims there's no difference between it and the MY12 models.

As far as MY12 and MY13, there's some differences in the center console - heated seating temperature display area (nothing major) but more detail in this thread for you; MY12 vs MY13
