Mk2 gti 020 transmission help

Hi all

I've just finished rebuilding my 020 transmission for my mk2! There has been a nasty noise coming through. I've just discovered one of the teeth on the output shaft has a dent. When the bog spins the wrong way all is good but when spins the wrong way, I get a knocking noise.

I've had a pow wow with a diff lap mob who advised I'll need another shaft maybe a crown wheel.

Long and short dose anyone have a 020 shaft lying about, maybe the matching crown wheel as well ?

It's a 020 The code is chb it on. 8v 1990 gti

In short the output shaft has one tooth with a dent in it, when spun it connects to the crown wheel it on the diff it make a
knocking noise, instead on smooth transmission .

So I'm looking for a replacement output shaft, maybe a crown wheel if they need to be matched
