Hi all,
My name is Mark and I own an MY11 Golf R, Rising Blue, DSG, upgraded with ACC, leather, MDI, bluetooth and 19" Talladega silver rims.
What drove me to buying a Golf R was the stealth factor as this is a relative unknown model to a very common car. My previous ride was a MY03 Subaru Liberty B4 which enjoyed the same stealth factor. I really enjoy the AWD experience and the Golf R really ticked all my buttons over more expensive cars. I also enjoy the German quality of the interior - much better than the plastic Subaru feel ! My partner especially enjoys the heated seats !!!
I had come across this forum on many internet searches to do with modifying my R - so the wealth of your collective experience will be of great benefit to me !
