Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

    NSW Hello - newbie to the forum - couple of GTI related questions

    Hi everyone,

    Just joined having just entered the world of VW. Picked up a new MK6 Golf GTI DSG with 18 inch detroits in tornado red last week. Loving every minute of it so far.

    Have a couple of questions that many of you have probably heard before but I'll wait until I've been granted access to the main forum.

    I came across this forum in the process of researching which car to buy. And thanks to the great advice and posts on this forum, I think I made a cracking decision.

    Look forward to participating on this forum.
