  • VIC Greetings from Hitman20

    Hey guys,

I have joined this car club mostly as a source of assistance and a resource pool as I attempt to personalise a few aspects about this car. I have been a part of car clubs in the past, but seeing as how I have only had one VW (my current car) this is the first time I have been in a Veedub club.

My car is a Volkswagen Jetta MY12 118tsi 6spd manual AND at the moment it is completely stock. I have some things I wanna do to it in time, some might have to wait until the new car warranty wears off.

picture is from the day I bought it (fyi)

I look forward to being a part of this club and hope I can learn from you and offer any assistance I can.

    Thank you,
    From Brad

It drives on a cushion of air, compared to my old big-rimmed-stiff-legged Magna VRX, this thing is like driving a sofa, has a nice amount of balanced roll on the twisties too.

I bought it from Peninsula VW / Skoda in Frankston

So an update on my car. It was crashed into a couple of weeks ago and is now written off. Before you say "it doesn't look like a write off" consider the cost of replacing the damaged parts. As any current jetta owner will know the passenger airbag is hidden under the dash, which is one single piece from door to door.

Am looking at buying currently. It will be from VAG, watch this space.
