I have found a big problem since software upgrade to "37G7 campaign" for the first year service happened last week (9/08/2012). The car was running smoothly and in a perfect condition on the first year just before the first year service in the local dealer.
After the upgrade, I notice that when my car is stopping in a steep road (up the hill), then start. The D1 gear is stay until the engine speed goes above 5000rpm, then shift to D2. It is totally nightmare to me, as I live in hill side. The car was shaft from D1 to D5 with 6 seconds before without any issue.
I have talked to dealer service, they refuse this is a problem and told me that they shall investigate on it.
Nothing I can do at the moment, and feel helpless, as they said to me they can't restore the software back to what it was!!
Please help and share with me your experience with this upgrade, I hope we can workout the solution to deal with VW.
